Super Sore Today

Okay I have been fine after my exercises up until last night and this morning. My legs are so sore and my knees hurt. My left shoulder hurts when I move my elbow upwards like you do during the chicken dance pretending to flap your wings. I almost want to not do any exercise today, but I just can't do that. I don't want to screw up all of my progress that I have made so far. I will make this Sunday y rest day maybe. I want to try and do some yoga but I feel like I will just get worse if I do. I will take something for the pain and hopefully it will help. Any advice?

You could try taking some IB / anti inflammatory stuff. I think the best thing to do is give your body some rest OR only exercise ligthly until the pain goes away. Good luck to you.
