Motivated

Having trouble getting motivated this morning. Baby girl has appt at 4 for diaper rash I only have two ciggs and bf took the only lighter ?? So I tried meditation last night after a big fight right before bed and holy cow it worked.... Do of you meditate or use certain apps to change ur thinking or de stress u?!? Plz let me know!!! Certain apps???

Sorry, I know nothing about apps because my phone is not capable of downloading apps. I don't meditate. I just sleep when I feel stressed. By the time wake up, I can think clearly.

It's tough being new parents! I remember those days. I used to cuddle with my baby, and listen to the radio. These days, I crochet for stress relief.
