Beautiful weather calls for al fresco dining, and today is one of those days.
Our son stopped by to pick up some mail, some silk tops we picked up from the cleaners for his fiancé, (hope she likes them) and for lunch.
It was so beautiful, that we ate outdoors on our deck in the sun. It wasn't as beautiful as dining under the olives trees in Turkey, which was our last big vacation in November, but it was as much fun!

Making the best of what is available is called living.

We love to sit outside and eat, too, here in California. We have a large fig tree that shades our patio. It is very peaceful out there.

It looks like a nice picture that you took on your holiday, but I would imagine that lunch with your son would be much more fun. I'm loving this warm weather, but its not quite warm enough here for eating dinner outside. Maybe next week they are calling for that to change though, fingers crossed.

We have beautiful weather here today also but no eating outside for me today. It's nice that the weather has finally gotten warmer so you can enjoy being outside and not miss Florida so much

So nice you were able to eat outside. Food seems to taste better in the fresh air for some reason. If it is as nice as they are promising, I may pack a picnic for Sunday after church, and we will go down by the water and eat.
