I Am Incharge of Our House Renovation

Philippines

Renovating a house is not easy. My husband is at work, so I have no choice but to be in charge. From purchasing of all the materials needed, to watching the workers if they're doing their job well. I just hope I am able to handle the task perfectly. Any thoughts?

Renovating a house would be tricky if you don't stick to your plans so keep within your original plans for it so you won't go over the budget. Building materials are quite expensive these days.

I think that's really a difficult task. When my house was renovated we opted to hire a contractor that we could trust. We didn't have to worry for a single thing including the materials that were needed. Everything were included in the quotation and we just have to move back in.

I guess you need someone to do the purchasing, just ask for receipts. It is hard to watch over such kind of work.

Yes, I think it's really not easy to renovate a house. Hope you'll get it done well, but don't pressure yourself.

Yes, handling the task is not easy especially purchasing the materials needed and we all know that we have a very hot sunny day, so good luck to your job friend.
