What are your outlets for relieving stress?

Some people take a day/night out while others hitting the gym. I enjoy both as well as fishing.

Sleep is just what I need after a long night of work.

I find it so hard to wind down sometimes. There are times I get home and I'm too tired but too wired to go to sleep and just when its time to get up for the next day I'm so sleepy!

I am someone who also likes those things (but not the fishing). I find that seeing friends and family, reading and relaxing, or doing anything that unwinds you relieves a lot of my stress.

I use to hate fishing but once I started "watching the water" and letting my troubles float away I fell in love with it. Anytime I hang with family I am relaxed before I know it.
