My cough regimen is growing well near at my room / myLot

every morning i check my oregano plant ... so happy to see it growing stiff and healthy for those whose having cough ,pneumonia etc .. its a very good one.. no need for anti-biotic .. just this ..

i have mine in two pots and on its side.. steam the leaves for about 1 minute, squeeze the sap , add sugar and either honey or lemon... thats it ..

@leslyn_joy when you say you grew up with herbal than synthetic, do you mean you never drank tablets, capsules and syrups? so what did you take instead for other ailments?

@hereandthere i cant name them all in english terms..

.. for sure u knew these plants : sambong ,tawatawa,makahiya,ugat ng balete tsaka iba pa .. kay dami ng herbal sa bukid eh .. and for external ache .hot compress works.
