Back then I thought people with talent doesn't have to work so hard because they're already good at it. But for some reason, something made me realize that even though you're good at something, sometimes you have to work hard. Because all of us are beginners at some point

A lot of musicians say they're still working hard one of my favorite musicians, a Japanese rock singer named Miyavi said it best, when he was told he was a great guitar player, that he was still working hard to be better because we don't give up working until we die.
Those who have talent, work hard to get where they are and still, work hard to keep themselves where they are. As someone who loves to write, (I'm not sure I call it a talent), but I do know working to make my writing look nice, I need to work, I need to practice. Most artists in general have that philosophy that they're "never good enough" so the work is indeed there

Yes hard work is needed-even when you have a talent. Without practice and dedication you might as well not have a talent.

The thing which makes them talented is the way of their working...even if they start from zero they climb with different methods compared to normals..That's why they are talented...
I am just putting my opinion with no intention of hurting someone's ego...

Have you ever heard the quote from Thomas Edison that, "Genius is one percent inspiration, ninety-nine percent perspiration"? It's the same with talent. Success is almost always about a combination of talent, timing, and luck - but it's backed by a lot of hard work!
