As some of you may know, someone use my facebook account and published obscene messages and propaganda; as a consequence, I´m receiving threatening messages from one of my friend´s relatives and it seems that there are some offensive applications still on my facebook page.
I thought I had gotten rid of all the bad stuff from my facebook page but I did not. This has gotten on my nerves and I´m thinking wheter is better to cancel my facebook account.
I have gone through the, ¨report a problem.¨ on facebook and they give me many options, one of them is to create a new password and check for unwanted applications.
Have you ever had to face a similar situation where you had to decide whether to keep or cancel your facebook account.

I was talking to my sister about an insulting message that I discovered today. I did not disconnected from that conversation.
Fortunately, it occurred on Wednesday night.
This is what followed;
I checked and these set of insults occurred on Wednesday at around 12:30. Just after the unpleasant incident. This offended person must have reacted just minutes after the bad event.
So, he is not addressing me in any form.
I sent my friends an ample message, yesterday and this morning today, about how to guard themselves from these kind of disaggreeable events.
I´m getting help at this moment from someone here at the library, about how to cancel my account for three days after which, I can gain access again and find everything resolved for me on facebook.

Try sending them an email and report everything that's been happening to your account. I don't like Facebook and i don't like the fact that it's being abused.

Yes, changing the password works. I created a stronger password to make sure no one will be able to break it.

I changes the password and I still have my account. I´m planning to keep it, so I can learn more about its use here online.
