Drawing a Blank

I have been sitting here staring at this empty box for a while now - drawing a blank. I know it happens to everyone from time to time. I think I'll just spend some time this afternoon brainstorming and making a list of ideas of what to write about. Maybe I'll do better and not be so lackadaisical if I have a little structure as far as writing is concerned.
I have enjoyed reading on here this morning though and seeing whats going on with some other users. That's what I love about writing communities like this. Posts are so diverse and can be so inspiring. I hope all of you that are writing are having a great Saturday!

I find if you just write about things that are important in your life right now, it's easy to come up with topics. That's a trick I learned from some very successful writers, and it's helped me produce tons of content for different sites over time.

That's how I feel today! I keep thinking of things and then I think.. "Nobody wants to read that!"

I hope you can make a list of great ideas and use it to fill your blanks.
I can't even think of enough topic ideas usually to make a list with. I end up searching teh internet for ideas. Then I end up just playing and goofing off online.

I agree that the communities' posts can be inspirational. I have found many of them informative, amusing, poignant and thought-provoking.
