Fish Pie

I bought the ingredients to make a fish pie tomorrow. I poach haddock in milk with peppercorns and an onion. I then remove the fish once cooked and make a sauce using the infused milk mixture. I then add the haddock and hard boiled eggs to a dish and cover with the sauce. Finally I put lots of creamy mashed potato on top and then bake for 30 minutes

@lovebeingmummy2 I love haddock, I eat a lot of fish, but never tried making fish pie before. I will have to try that

I've had tuna pie in the past but not like the fish pie you described. Sounds like a delicious one.

@lovebeingmummy2 I love that you were so quick to act! It's a common mistake, but a lot of folks are pretty negative when it's pointed out. (I edited my earlier comment, BTW...)
