When you got married did you keep your name or have it changed?

I changed my last name to my husband's last name when I got married.

I kept my name as I am a bloke! lol I like the idea of useing both names

Hi there - when i got married i used my husbands name. However the marriage didn't last and got divorced. If i got married again i don't think i would bother changing my name.

i kept my own name when i got married, i didnt feel the need to change the name id had for 23 years , it does get confusing sometimes when my husbands gotten me a blockvuster card and put it in his last name and then i go in and say my last name and people look at me like hellllo you dont even know your last name? but i felt like it would be giving up my identity and you should definetly do what feels right to you your the one who has to live with the decision you make +for good discussion

it took me a year but i changed my last name to his.

I go by both ... but when it comes to legal things I have to use my actual last name. ... I will get it changed soon though.

I will keep it, There is no reason for me to change my name after married. :P

I took my husbands name. It felt like the proper thing to do.
