Hmm... Oh no, I am not talking about dating.
Generally I have seen we wait for the pay date, In my country it is usually last day of month or first day of month. So we start looking for 1st / 31st date of month--- ( I know few who get paid on weekly--daily basis )
Irrespective of this date I don't remember a person checking the calendar. Since in a week we look for Saturday and Sundays ( that is weekends ) and rest we know it is Monday -- Monday -- Monday -- Monday -- Friday
So my questions are -
Can you recall what is today's date without checking calendar - newspaper - Computer Monitor etc.
Do you have a wall calendar ?
How often you look at calendar.
How important is a date to you ?

I love.....
eating dates.... just that they are little expensive for me
Okay seriously, I do not have much to do with the kind of dates you mention as I dont work or do anything related to dates. So yes, it is difficult at times to tell you what date is it unless I look for it or know it otherwise (like I know, when is Holi, Diwali, Christmas because of the festivities around).
The only time when I really need to know the date is when I send invoice to my regular clients - and thankfully, I have set that up on my Calendar App on the computer.
Of course, coming from India, we do have some wall calendars at home., thanks to the Bankers and the newspaper that provide us one each year.

Well, since I sell contracts for the major cell phone carriers in this area, I must know the day/date when filling out the contracts. I guess you could say the day/dates are very important to me.
No, I don't normally need to look at a calendar to tell what day/date it is. I usually can remember that from day to day. No, I don't have a wall calendar. I don't use one.
I do put appointments into my phone so it will remind me about them. Does that count? LOL!
You get paid once a month? Interesting.
All the jobs I have ever worked have paid either weekly or bi-weekly.

Yes, today is April 17.
Yes, I do have a big wall paper calendar.
Everyday and lots of times in a day. I cross out a date once the day has ended. I also regularly check for deadlines I wrote on my paper calendar and check those that were done.
It's as important as my life. I have to submit paper works before deadlines. I don't want to be a delinquent worker. My pay depends on my act of accomplishing tasks before the deadlines that were set.
