I went jogging yesterday too

Ok, April 16, 2016 I went jogging again. Yeah, I was tired because of the previous jogging sessions but I eventually made my muscles get a little bit more used to doing effort. The goal is to increase my muscle endurance so that I can exercise more and be healthier and look better. Hope it goes well.

Good luck with your goal. I have noticed that if I exercise when I am still sore from the previous workout, I feel better the next day. Jogging is a very healthy habit, I hope you will see your endurance improve quickly.

Jogging is good for health. Even I need to start my jogging as early as possible.
