That is sad, when you would cut tie's with a family member becuase they fall in love with someone outside their race and decide to marry. I am in a multi-racial marriage. I love my husband and his family. More power to your cousin

As with anyone else who gets married or partner's up, I simply hope they're in love.

Marraige is a ceremony used to unite two people who love each other together forever*. In no part of this is it required that the couple have the same skin color, ethnicity, hair color, eye color, etc.
It is helpful if the couple speak the same language though.
*An exception is arranged marriages

The language thing you wrote is so true. My father who is white spoke english and my mother who is mexican, spoke spanish, he leaned spanish to be able to speak to her but, she never learned english. To this day, she still does not speak english.

You mean...when those from the human race marry aliens from other planets? That's ok as long as proper breathing apparatus is included in the dowry.
But seriously, what difference does it make? My father was white and my mother is Japanese. No bad things happened to me from that. No health problems caused by it. No strange physical defects. I also know two black/white couples personally and they are lovely people with lovely children.
What kind of a question is that, seriously?
One human being can marry any other human being with which he or she falls in love and chooses to live with. Race, religion, etc. Have nothing to do with it.

Don't get upset. It is a valid question...as you answered it. Right? I come from a bi-racial marriage, and I am also in a multi-racial marriage. I am the last person who would critize someone for marrying outside of their race. Please don't go over board or get upset. I did not mean to disrespect anyone. But Thank you for you response.

I see absolutely no problem with bi-racial marriages as long as the people love eachother and are doing it for that sole reason.

Hi there. I have nothing against bi-racial marriages. I think if 2 people love each other, and they are of different race/ethnictiy, they should'nt be punished or kept away from each other, like in some places this still takes place, and its a horrid shame...
