Went to the gym today

I was a bit cranky today (typical Monday) and didn't really feel like going to the gym after work today. I almost skipped out without putting on my gym clothes but I was good and got changed in the bathroom at work so there was no excuse not to go straight there. I told myself that I only had to do 30 minutes of cardio and then I could leave. I managed to do 35 (I really wanted to do 40) before I had had enough and I headed out of there. Instead of feeling guilty about not doing enough cardio, I'm feeling happy that I went and did any at all. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better and more motivated day!

That is great that you went ahead and did your exercise despite the lack of motivation. Well done you!

I miss going to the gym. My instructor told me to do an hour of cardio then lift weights. I'd be doing that 4x per week. I can do the things I used to do because of my knee. When the pain subsides, I'll be doing cardio and lift weights again.
