Needs to lose weight and needs some good idea

Recently, I am not in good shape and has gained couple of kilograms and I am looking forward to lose around 20 kilograms. I do need some good motivation and good ideas to lose weight. Some people do lose weight quickly and I do wonder how they are able to lose weight and keep it off. What are your ideas of losing weight?

I am trying to right now and you have to think in terms of a healthy lifestyle and permanently get rid of stuff you know is bad. Just have a small amount of a treat but say, every week- so you don't get bored and make little changes like less salt, butter, oil, less dressing on your salad or a lighter version. It's been slow but kind of working for me.

I also believe that I am not in good shape as almost my friends tell me how big I have grown lately. I also need to lose some weight.

I had recently went to the doctor and was told I need to lose weight. Well, I already knew that. I have reduced my food intake and I have started walking. I have lost 14 lbs. Try that. Good luck and God bless.

Well, everybody in the world seems to be in a hurry. "Rome was not built in a day", so be slow and steady. Let it take time .
I believe morning walk is the best way to lose weight , if you can jog its great but if you cant atleat walk ; walk faster than your normal walk for 30mins -60mins a day.
Be consistent and let it take time to get back in shape.
