Sometimes we need to set priorities and with time , conditions we have change our priorities. I was a working women good career but then after kid my life changed. Now my first priority is my son and for him I left my career and I m now a homemaker and I'm loving it .it's also a full time job and as you all know in return I get lots of love from my baby. What do you think really priority changes as we move forward in life ???

I was never a housewife. I had always been a career woman. Then I decided to work from home when my son was about 7 years old. But then i got bored staying at home and decided to put up a company. I still have time for my son and i work with my husband. My working time is flexible. My family and I usually exercise together.

my situation is a little bit different from yours but a baby came to my life and he changed the way live my life (in a positive way of course). i didnt leave my job but i doubled my time so i can help raise the kid.
having our own family plus kids will definitely change our lives for the better.

That is good. A baby needs full attention from her/his mom. Your having resigned from your office can be no problem if your hubby still works. At least he is the only breadwinner, right. There are still other women who still have to continue working after they have given birth to a baby simply because they have to stop working, then they won't have enough money till the end of the month.
