Has Anyone Ever Suffered from Hayfever or Nose Allergies?

For the past three years, I have had to see ENT doctors in Thailand for my nasal congestion and excess secretion of mucus. The first doctor diagnosed my condition as vasomotor rhinitis, and just yesterday another doctor said I had allergic rhinitis or hay fever. My symptoms start at the outset of the dry and hot season in Thailand. I'm not sure if it is the air or the pollen in the air which is giving me problems. I am now taking anti-histamines and using a nasal spray again. If any of my viewers have suffered from this, please comment.

I did suffer from that and i was prescribed some medicine and nasal spray. Then I decided to change my shampoo, soap, skin care products and cosmetics into one that contains no paraben and harmful chemicals. That solved my problem. Now I don't have to take medicines.

@toniganzon , What you say is very interesting. Perhaps paraben is giving me problems. I will check it out.

When I was a child, I had no allergies. But, as an adult, I started getting allergies in my late 20s. The Spring time, with all the pollen will make me sneeze and my eyes itch etc. I take non drowsy antihistamine pills to help it.
