If you answer a question where the Question Poster did not include tags, and you DO include tags in your response, YOUR tags will become the main tags for the qhole discussion?

Yeah, doesn't it do that when you add tags, period? I mean, whether or not the user added tags.

Yes I noticed it myself especially if it was the 1st response to a discussion. My tag become the main tags for the whole discussion, you are right:+ But what I noticed more is that I am surprised that some members here are not actually tagging their discussions, I thought we had to tag everything or you can't submit your discussion successfully:)+

No, you do have the option to skip tagging. I have a feeling there are a number of people here who either don't know how to increase their earnings on MyLot, or aren't really interested in the earnings, but are more interested in the socaial aspect, which is cool, too! Thanks for posting!

yes it adds the tags that you put into the discussion tags. so I skip tags when the tags are all ready there

I have also noticed that the tags change throughout the discussion. It appears that the five most entered tags overall are the ones currently displayed.

Thanks for the information, I have not observed that because I am busy taking part in discussions.

Good point since I rarely add tags to someone else's discussions. I guess I should give it more thought and probably would if I used a tag word search instead of just answering to the questions on the discussion area.
