Do you talk in the mobile phone when you are driving?

In fact it is prohibited to make a phone call when you are driving. However, I think this rule doesn't carry out well and I can see many people still break this rule. Some of them will use the bluetooth earphone so that they can talk in the phone easily. Are you one of these people?

I am not at all talking on mobile phone when I am driving bike or car.

@youless ; But I used to saw many people taking calls while driving, govt need to take strict action for this. As that will improve the accident no.

I don't drive. In case I'll drive in the future, I'll definitely not hold my phone while driving or even use earphones. The phone will stay inside my bag and will only check it once I'm in my place of destination.

The only time I do is in an emergency. For example, when taking my sister to the hospital and updating my family members.
