as you can see from the graph, in the south of china , there are paddy field,where can grow the rice.our farmer are hardworking,they cultivate on march,the rainy season,and it gains at autumn

I was looking for the graph, but then I realized you were probably referring to that very striking photo!
So the rice is planted during the rainy season in March, and the harvest is in the fall? How many months later does the autumn begin in China? Here in Canada, we see fall weather begin sometime in September.
