I am not proud of breaking my diet today, but I did do a lot of walking afterwards. I just got out of the shower, but I am so tempted to do Zumba and T25 as well. I am definitely going to do yoga. I refuse to just give up on my journey because of one mess up. I will make up for it and continue my fitness journey. I have honestly been really sore, but that is to be expected.
What have you done to keep healthy today? Did you mess up like I did? Would you give up over one mess up?

I wouldn't give up because of a relapse. I've been battling an addiction for more than thirty years and I'm finally getting somewhere.
Try self-compassion. It will change you from the inside out then make you a better person.
I began using self-compassion after the treatment was recommended by my therapist.
There are a lot of things we do right. When you begin to beat yourself up, gently think about everything you accomplished that day.
Pick-up one sock off the floor. Then sit with the thought for a few minutes. You did something good! Enjoy it.s
Sit with your accomplishments for a few minutes. Relive the event in your imagination again and again and before you know it, you'll be changing into the person you want to become.
It's taken me nearly two years to really begin changing. It is possible...
