Fitness Journal 4/21

Today I have been doing great when it comes to eating and had an amazing workout! I ended up burning 1,348 calories when I was done. I did Zumba for almost an hour, sit ups, jumping jacks, and jogged in place for 30 minutes. All in all I worked up a nice sweat and had a great shower too. I drank my plexus about half way through and I just had lunch. I shared my lunch with my son because it is easier than giving him his own food that he would just fling around. It also helps with lowering my calorie intake and portions. I am going to sleep nicely tonight at least I hope so. Weigh day is in a couple days. What have you done to keep active? Have you been eating healthy? Is your fitness journey going well? Lose any pounds yet?

Glad your fitness program is going so well. Eating smaller portions has to help too.

Wow, good for you! That is certainly a lot of calories to burn! I have been lazy and totally fallen off the bandwagon as far as working out goes. I had a good routine down but the past couple of weeks screwed it up. You are motivating me to get back on that wagon though (starting tomorrow - LOL). Keep up the great work!

Thanks and yes as long as you dont give up because of a set back you should be fine
