I wonder who is your parents' favorite? Your children? Your spouse? Your siblings? You? I think my son is my parents' favorite. They adore him much more. Perhaps they are old and my son is little.

My parents didn't play favorites , but it was a bit obvious that father likes two of us , who get the highest honors when we were just students .

@youless Yes, because somehow you like someone who is kinder and obedient to you .

That is good, and I think your son will tell your parents everything, including things that he will not tell you. I think it is natural for grandparents to love their grandchildren.

No, actually I am still the closest one to my son. He often tells me his stuff rather than anybody else. Sorry that my parent's spoiling doesn't win his heart

@scheng1 In fact kids prefer adults to play with them much more. Spoiling is not a very good method. I've spent long time with my son, so we will have a good relationship.

I think my youngest brother is my parents' favorite. But, they don't agree about this. Haha...

@youless I think this is common for all the parents. In parents mind, the youngest is always very young and needs parents' protection.

It seems many parents adore the youngest child.

Perhaps they will be happier to see your eldest sister much more. I guess they haven't seen each other for a long time.

Mine are more concerned with themselves than anyone else. *shrug* Their choice, and honestly I'm glad since it means I don't have to deal with them forcing their toxicity on me and my family.

Perhaps your parents are strict to you and they don't know how to express their love to you.
