Under Chinese law, a present that is for an engagement or given as a bride price must be returned if the couple breaks up.

in our country gifts are gifts which can not be taken back by law. But after marriage if bride who wants divorce than she have to give back what is given in marriage contract .there are many exceptions in it too. its court who will decide it finally

there is one interesting things in, while a boy dated with a girl, the boy will be treated, 98% boys will treat.
like USA, it's AA, if the boy ask for AA, he will be think miserly?
