We will not be migrating anymore

Several weeks ago I posted something here about my husband getting a job abroad and me and my daughter following him there. It didn't turn out so well for us, so that's another dream shattered. I was so hoping that this would be the thing that would change our lives, but I guess it just wasn't meant to be. I don't want to go into the details anymore. I just want to say that I'm sad because I thought my daughter would have a real chance at a better life. We'll just have to do our best with what's been given to us. I hope there's something better in store for us in the future.

I remember reading about that. I guess some things aren't meant to be but it doesn't mean things won't work well. I would have been sad and disappointed if it were me. You'll recover soon.

must be the immigration or the embassy? I'm pretty sure that sucks.

@Angel_15 the embassy is the only thing that stands in the way

@Letranknight2015 No, actually. We also have to invest in it a little.

Isn't it too early to be thinking of migrating yet since your husband hasn't reached a year yet in that new job of his ?
