Firewalls and Antivirus

Are you thinking of changing your firewall or antivirus software but dont know which ones to choose, or which one is best suited to your needs, contact me I have tested plenty and have a good knowledge of what is good and what is rubbish.

AVG 7.5 is good if you only need it for surfing, however if you are a downloader of music and other files I would suggest you think of upgrading to something that will offer greater protection.
At the moment I am testing F-Secure Internet Security 2007, this is a very good piece of software, but it runs within the memory-hogger family. The latest Norton Internet Security 2007 is lighter of resources. I give Norton 8 out of 10 for system stability, and F-Secure 7 out of 10 so far.
