Yeah, no. It's nowhere near impossible to make sure that children develop good eating habits as they grow up. I have two kids of my own who regularly choose healthy snacks over junk food, and the older of the two understands the concept of having junk food in moderation if at all. She refuses to drink sodas, and if she has an option she'll usually go with either milk or water.
The companies may put their products out there, but I don't have to buy them. I'm the one in charge of what goes into the cart, not my kids. If the junk foods aren't an option, the kids won't choose them. What I've discovered is that they'll moderate their junk food intake on their own because they dislike the way it tastes.

In my country there is lots of obese people, not only children but adults. I read that my country is the one with most obesed people in the world. I donĀ“t really know nor imagine how come.
Companies are selling more products now than in the past and the strategy sales are more clever, as well.

Sometimes when I go to the grocery store it makes me sick that there's more boxed things than fresh things. I mean really go to the grocery store and notice how all of the fresh food is located in a rather small area compared to the rest of the store.
