I live in London and wondered what other peoples views are about it.

I went to London with my family when I was about 14. I had great time. So many places to go to see things and I just loved it there.

London is actually on my doorstep more or less, about 45 minutes on the tube, or on a Saturday night if I drive into London its about 30 minutes. I probably go into London twice a month. I don't like London, too busy, I hate crowds and the only reason I go there is to meet a good friend of mine after work, go for a meal and watch a film in Leicester Square which is £12.50 a time! I used to work in central London and commuted every day, as you know it's very stressful and painful! Very time consuming and expensive too. I hated standing in crowded, hot, smelly carriages in the middle of tunnels, continuous signal problems, delays, I'm glad I'm out of it. I refuse point blank now to accept any job in London. I love where I am out in the countryside, the money is less but I don't care, my commuting days are OVER! London is nice to visit once or twice a month but NO more!
