I love a lot of music. Not so much of music nowadays. I mean a lot of music is good now too but I much prefer older music.
But my favourite music to listen to that I will never get bored of is anything from Michael Jackson.

@VivaLaDani13 Thank you very much. You named 2 I've never heard of. I appreciate your recommendations. Someone in the dark is similar to ''have you seen my childhood's'' pace. It's definitely going to my list. ''You are my life'' is very nice. Gives me the same chills as ''Stranger in Moscow.''

I'm not such a fan of Taylor Swift but if you recommend a specific song, I will listen.

At this time, I donĀ“t listen to a single type of music but to more than one. I can give you the title of one of the songs that I like, maybe more for the music and style than the words.
Paranoid (Black Sabbath)

I already like Black Sabbath and naturally, the song you recommended me is as some say ''rockin' baby!'' Thanks, man.

I'm actually already a fan of Tupac, Eminem and Snoop Dogg. Although I do like that Simon and Garfunkel suggestion. I'll listen to a couple and see if I enjoy them.

I find it hard to find a reason on why one wouldn't like to share and comment that they don't like to share but to each their own, I guess. Hope you enjoy your music.

I love music and my favorites are the ones I grew up with in the 50's and 60's. Good Old Rock and Roll. I also like lots of other kinds of music like the 40's that my parents liked and also the 70's, 80's etc. My kids were born in 1968 and '70 and my grandsons were born in 1997 and 2000. I listen to all of their music and can actually enjoy some from every era.
My oldest grandson is 19 and cannot believe that I like some of his music. Don't ask me the names of the modern ones but when I hear some of them I will dance around.

I am quite young. Not as young as your grandson but most of the music I listen to are from the 70's or 80's. Not all modern music is foul.
I agree with you thoroughly and older music is legendary and a lot better than today's. They actually mean something.

I'm an international student, who just came here last summer. I mean, for most students like me, the song we love, are always the songs which you could find in Macdonald or some shopping mall, or even in some background music in the movie as well as taxis. There are two songs that I have to listen every day, which are PAINT IT, BLACK and HOTEL CALIFORNIA.

As far as music that is less mainstream, I like Imogen Heap (especially her albums Speak for Yourself, Ellipse and Sparks) because it's calm and ambient. One of the best albums ever made is Nifty Digits by composer Richard Harvey, originally made in 1980, but at that time it was stock music for movies, television and other media, but now you can get it on iTunes or Spotify. Anything composed by Ron Grainer will work as well, but that's really obscure! I have access to some stock music that you can't find on any old website, if that's helpful. If you want some funky wacky DJ turntablism and mixtapes, try FortyOne, which is all available on 41music.net. A whole catalogue of music of all sorts of styles can be found on the Comfort Stand website, comfortstand.com.
