I have booked my plane, train and bus tickets online since five years ago. So far, I found it time saving, although I had worries about my bank card details being stolen in cyberspace. I have no worries now as my experience so far suffered no glitches or issues (knock on wood!) I find that booking online is a rather efficient and time saving exercise. Just make sure that when inputting your details, and paying the web address is fully secured with either a lock icon or with green letters. Please share your experience or thoughts.

We usually book our flights online when we plan to travel and it's convenient doing so. My bank has issued me an extension to my credit card called E-card for internet purchases and payments. I was asked to set my own limit for the card so that in case it's hacked, the potential loss is only up to that certain amount. The main card in not compromised because the E-card has a separate unique number.

I don't have the extra time or money to do much traveling and any that I can do, I do by car. When we went to Hawaii fifteen years ago, my sisters made all the arrangements for everyone going. If I could do any traveling, I would do it online I'm sure.

Sure, I book my tickets online. It is much more convenient and it can also help me save money. You can buy it anytime you want because the service is for 24 hours without breaks. And you can also compare the price and select the suitable one.

I too have always booked my tickets this way and have never had any problems with it. Much better than dealing with someone over the phone

I don't often travel or use those methods of transportations but when I flew on an airplane years ago I booked online. I only book through reliable sources

I do online shopping and I have made reservations online, but I prefer to go to an agency to buy the tickets.

i do book my tickets online as you said it's time saving most of all. Everyone is scared of the getting cyber hacked but you get to know after sometime that the site you are using is secure and then it's only time saving without any security doubts.

I haven't tried booking my ticket online. If I need to ride a bus or train, I go directly to the bus terminal or train station.

I buy many things online and so far so good. No one has stolen my credit card number. I have however had it stolen when actually using it in brick and mortar stores.

We have reached a point where booking airlines online is practically mandatory. I don't even know if you can still book them on the phone.

It's something I've never done. I prefer to to a travel agent as they deal with everything. No hassle for me.
