Safety in the use of sea transport

Apparently there are still a lot of some people who do not heed the safety of traveling, especially at a time when use of sea transport (ship). When I traveled the seas with ship passengers, I saw somebody clearly is at the back side of the ship. Whether what is being done. What is clear, whatever is being done is very dangerous to himself. I have warned him, but was ignored. And finally I decided to contact the ship crew in order to give warning, that what he did was very dangerous. Terrifying sight to behold.
