I'm Paying For It Now

I had a pretty good day but at 6 when I usually have dinner... I just wasn't hungry so I skipped it. It wasn't until 7:30 that my blood sugar crashed and I mean crashed. I quickly ate something but it's taking its time returning to normal. I don't know why I let it go so long. I know how I'm going to feel... and I just thought, well this time might be different. It's been 30 minutes and I'm still feeling really light headed. I hope that it kicks in soon... but I guess this is my body's way of punishing me.

You should have at least had something to snack on instead of waiting so long to eat. Not good for your health lady.

I made tacos for dinner. I hadn't had them in quite awhile, so they tasted good. I was looking in my fridge door for salsa, then I remembered I had bought a huge jar from Costco that was on the top shelf.

Well next time you will know not to skip dinner or eat something in between. I hope it kicks back up soon so you can feel normal again. I hate when I don't feel good, it's hard to get anything done. Feel better soon
