Lost 10 pounds in a month!

Im a personal trainer and a nutrition expert learned it for 5 years. After coming strong to the whole subject of Fitness i started realising that it is going to be a big part of my life. If you are struggling and frustrated with your weight and need anything reply with yur questions! Ill answer

First, don't do crunches to make it disappears because it wont help, it doesn't burn a lot of calories! Do this:eat a little bit less, train a little bit more, and sleep a little bit more to.

Train 3 to 4 times a week and eat less

I have been losing 10 lbs per month since December, and it's all from eating right and walking up and down stairs several times a day (I live in a three-story house).

Great job! Just be careful not to burn to much because it is not healthy

Unfortunately, I want weight gain not weight lose...I am too thin...

Eat carbohydrates! Like pasta, rise, potatoes, these are good for gain size
