what would work best depends on your own body and personal preference. Just because yoga works for me doesn't mean it work on you. Running works on a lot of people but it doesn't on me because I have a knee injury. What it takes to be fit is simply self-discipline. No matter how people try to convince you the best exercise there is, if you don't have the self-discipline to do it, nothing would work!

Well thats what is difficult. Self discipline. It takes a lot of will power.
