Fitness mantra!

I have seen many people going on the path of fitness. While some prefer yoga, other go for pilates! Some trust the right nutrition while others run their weight off. But what works best. Any suggestions?

what would work best depends on your own body and personal preference. Just because yoga works for me doesn't mean it work on you. Running works on a lot of people but it doesn't on me because I have a knee injury. What it takes to be fit is simply self-discipline. No matter how people try to convince you the best exercise there is, if you don't have the self-discipline to do it, nothing would work!

Well thats what is difficult. Self discipline. It takes a lot of will power.

problems and stress. that surely helps lose weight. but no, of course, thats not a good advise. i dont know, it really depends what works best for you.
