Primary nurses must have a load of not less than 3- 6 clients. Expect a disorganized and "white lies" if it's more than that number. Nurses are not superheroes who works beyond their limitations

@lourdjan I am in the Philippines. My friends complain about theirsalarybeing too small not even enough for thir daily expenses yet thejob is requiring a lit from them.

they sometimes go on 24hr duty if needed. they seem to do a loooot of things on their desk.

That is very true and they're underpaid, so most of them want to work abroad. They are not treated fairly.
