Before this very hot weather came and I do some chores, I don't perspire easily. Even when I do my daily routine early in the morning, I perspire when I do brisk walking for 30 minutes but now, its so easy to perspire. When I brisk walk for 15 minutes, I sweat a lot already and that is because of the hot weather we have now. The hot breeze of the air helps us to perspire and if we only do our routines frequently, I can say we can shade more pounds.
Do you feel the same?

I do sweat a lot that's why I often take a bath. I do it three times these days, and sometimes, that's still not enough.

If we can make a wish and granted immediately our wish, my first wish is, there must be rains but not too much, just exactly to get away the humid and warm breeze of the air. Lol!

I guess it's a natural reaction to doing movements while the weather is so hot . That's why now , i exercise at home with the electric fan cooling me . But despite that , i perspire a lot .
Even when cooking i perspire a lot . I guess , it's hot flushes .

Oh yes i perspire a lot , as if i have a factory of sweat in my body .
And you are correct , since summer came a slight movement will cause me to perspire , how much more when cooking that i am exposed to the heat coming from what i am cooking .
