Parts of My Body Hurt That I Didn't Know I Had!!

Seriously, I hurt everywhere. We went to the senior center today and did another hour of exercise. I have now had 4 hours of exercise in less than a week. While this may not sound like much to most people, it is a lot for me.
I get home from class and want to take a nap and some days I do. Yesterday I slept for 3 hours!! I hurt everywhere but in a pretty good way. I am sure that after a while I will get into better shape if I survive!! lol
I hope I have the energy for another hour tomorrow!!!

@BelleStarr And that could be the positive. They do say No pain, No gain.

@Juliaacv No usually it is not mine either but I need to make sure my husband does his and being in the class with him is the best way to do it.

@BelleStarr I wouldn't be able to do 20 minutes of formal exercises, that has never been my thing.

It isn't actually swimming it is standing in about 4 feet of water and exercising. It exercises all different parts of the boy from wrists and shoulders to legs and cores. Yes this exercise was not in water but very similar.

It is cold and rainy today which I am sure is not helping with the aching but taking a 3 hour nap has really messed with my doing any housework.

lol I have never napped as much as I have since I started this exercise. We have attended 5 classes so far and another one tomorrow. We did have today off but ran errands so walked quite a bit.

As I am inching closer and closer to 50 (two more years to go), I am discovering more and more aching body part that I never knew existed too.

@BelleStarr I've been feeling it for a few years now, but getting back up north and getting my health back enough to lose 45 lbs. has helped. I should reach my goal weight by Christmas.

I can surely sympathize with that. It is how I feel each time I go to the garden and work a little or move anything around, around here.

Yes I can imagine that it would be the same. But in spite of that we are talking about doing our own exercise tomorrow since we don't have class.

I can relate a bit. I played Pickleball on Sunday for an hour or so. I was a bit sore the next day. Of course it didn't help that I tumbled to the floor while playing!

These are not too rigorous but they are continuous for an hour so I think that is what is hurting.

I know the feeling. Not excercising all winter and then going out to do yard work for 4 hours, I felt like I was hit by a truck the next day.
