How about Bus Scraps Turned Into A New Classrooms?

There are thousands of buses in the country that are now just a waste metal body which are not at all used by either govt. or any other private bus service providers. How about converting these scraps into new classrooms for that part of population, for whom going to school is a huge financial matter. But what about the tires, right? The tires of the bus can be used to build the walls of the dams, so that they provide a stronger base and prevent casualties in case of overflowing of dams. This will help the rural population of the country to have access to education without worrying about the expenses, which ultimately is the first priority for any such population.

They are better off melting the metal down, and make into new items. Metals are precious, and I think for cars and buses, they can scrap the metal and sell to the factory to make new things.
