Coffee and your liver!

Researchers analyzed data from nine previously published studies with a total of more than 430,000 participants and found that drinking two additional cups of coffee a day was linked to a 44% lower risk of developing liver cirrhosis. I found this pretty awesome since I'm a caffeine junkie. I'm sure as with anything, to much is never good.

I've heard coffee is supposed to be good for you, but I never knew what it was good for.

In moderation its very good for you. It also helps against type two diabetes and Parkinson's. I drink around a lot of coffee tho. Its probably not the best for my health.

Good to know as they are always claiming how bad it is.
