For The Sake Of Our Weather, Don't Move A Muscle Donald!

I'm afraid that today I'm reverting to type and discussing the favourite subject of the good old British public. No, I don't mean social awkwardness in a polite queueing situation, I mean, of course, the enigma that is the British weather. For a few weeks the temperature has been steadily climbing as we meander through the early stages of spring. So much so that it encouraged us to give Hugo the dog a severe haircut in preparation for the warmer weather. Big mistake! The poor little fella has spent the last few mornings conducting his morning constitutional wrapped in his winter jacket in sub-zero temperatures while snow flutters gently from the sky and he pees icicles!! So what's responsible for this sudden reverse? The swivel-eyed loon (probably deserving of a separate discussion!), who is an habitual denizen of my health club sauna, will no doubt have it down as a Zionist plot. Get the temperature up, encourage us to pack away our winter wardrobes and then BAM! Hit us with snow and all we'll have in our wardrobes are Hawaiian shirts, lightweight casual slacks and the odd canvas deck shoe. Immediate breakdown of society!! However, as with most conspiracy theories, the truth is far simpler. You should all know of the butterfly effect. That's what this is! At least a variation on it. Every time Donald Trump moves his head he causes that ridiculous wispy shredded wheat thing on his head to sway in the breeze. This triggers a chain of events that ultimately leads to crap weather in Manchester, UK! Simple. Actually, if the sauna-dwelling swivel-eyed loon reads this it probably makes his Zionist plot theory look plausible!!!

That would certainly explain what we're seeing over here in the UK. We were hoping to be having a barbecue when we visit my in-laws this weekend. Looks more like we'll be building snowmen!!

There's snow business like weather forecasting... And politics.

@WorDazza Oh, it is coming around to that time of year again soon, yes - I wonder what magic formula they'll have for announcing the BREXIT referendum results on 23rd June? I do hope they don't decide to throw the dummy out of the pram...

@pgntwo I just wonder if they've upped their game regarding the pre-election opinion polls after the disastrous effort that was last years general election polls. As for the actual referendum it's rock and hard place in my opinion. Do we stick with something that clearly needs a major overhaul or do we take a step into the relative unknown???

Fly here to the Philippines and get a dose of melt-in-your-socks from head to toe. We don't need Trump to heat things up, though. It's election season so everything's brewing hot.

About a month ago I spent a week in Mexico to get a dose of decent weather. It was probably too close to Trump to feel the full effect.

@WorDazza Poor Hugo, I suppose he cannot understand why he had this severe hair cut right now.

@LadyDuck He didn't look too pleased this morning. He usually loves his walks but for the past couple of days he's been trying to turn around and go home a few minutes after leaving the house!! It doesn't help that he still has quite furry ears and a furry face so the snow sticks to that and he looks like he's got a big snowball head!!

He is the root of all things bad. I'm currently training Hugo the dog to growl at him when he appears on television. Hugo isn't happy that our last couple of morning walks have been conducted in full-on blizzard conditions!!

ahhhh so Donald Trump is the one causing the weather problems? It makes sense. So it's not the butterfly effect but the Trump-Hair-Effect, eh? lol Well, if he does, indeed, become President here, he'll be out and about much more often. If he doesn't win the election, he'll probably go back home to his tower, stay inside and leave the weather alone. So we need to find a way to make him lose! lol

If Trump wins then the weather may be the least of our worries!!! And I refuse to credit that thing on his head with the term 'hair'

This seems like conclusive proof that Donald Trump's hair is solely responsible for all of the climate change issues we are experiencing.

I was thinking it was a james Bond villain with a weather machine so it could well be Trump

Even if he doesn't read it, his theory is more plausible than yours. Love the 'shredded wheat' bit

As I'm sure I've mentioned elsewhere I refuse to flatter that abomination on his head with the term 'hair'. The swivel-eyed loon probably thinks Donald Trump is a Zionist plot all on his own!!

Lyrics: I just down from the Isle of Skye I'm no very big but I'm awful shy All the lassies shout as I walk by, "Donald, Where's Your Trousers?" Let the wind...

Haha. That is so funny. 'Swivel-eyed' brings up great images! Here, we only need to pack away a fraction of our clothes from one season to another so ti's possible to get T-shirt weather even in winter.
