What is the right position when we work on the computer? If the position of the table is rather high, then your face is a bit tilted making your neck strained. The position of the computer should be much lower than your head, so it won't strain your back neck. What do you say about it?

I'm not sure what the right position is. I just do what's most comfortable for me and since I have a laptop I could adjust it to whatever position i'm most comfortable at.

i think you have to be on the same level then you tilt your computer slightly so that the light can not hit you directly

I think the best position is parallel to your eye sight in relation the the height of you sitting position.
