It has been a while since I have tried a paid offer on this site, do they work? The last few times I tried nothing credited but maybe things are better now? Have you tried any?

I only got paid for an article dealing with the "Top 10 improved moments in movies." And I read a Top ten list of the weirdest things to happen to PokemonGO players, but didn't get paid for it.
