upcoming election......

Recently was litesning to tamil music album JOKER.... The lyrics which they ve versed is awesome that it suits with the present day politics... POLITICIANS ANNOUNCING ALL KIND OF STUFFS but still few people just looking at a QUALIFIED candidate.... Don't really know to how much extent these kind of awareness creating album will reach the people nd react to this.....

@sandy282,@kiran is absolutely right.Still I would say people have gradually begun realizing the difference between words and actions.I frequently meet villagers here.They are illiterate,but I was amazed to see how matured they are.

Hey guys... I agree with both of ur views.. But the thing is people in tamil nadu started to realise both of dravadian parties can't do anything but only loot in the name of providing offers in the name of FREE... and still on the other side the alience parties also couldn't make it up just because of their past.... Too much worried of the upcoming election and the results.. NEED CHANGE BUT NOW THAT EVERYTHING HAS GONE OUT OF OUR HAND..... Is there any solution...,???

That's very good, unless our villagers start evaluating the candidates , we cannot hope to achieve much ..

@kiran8 To be honest,our political parties themselves taught them good lessons by stabbing on their back again and again.Villagers may be uneducated,but they are no more fools.Politicians no more take them for granted.

In India more than 50% of the population in any state lives in rural area and are uneducated , with no political awareness, leave alone that they dont even know what their rights are except what helps them for day today living. So, when a candidate comes along and offers them some money lots of promises, they fall for it. Unless there is political and social awareness you cannot hope to achieve much, the same corrupt politician gets elected again and again.
