Here, at my side, I have my mug full (almost) with broth. I am slowly sipping it, being careful not to get my palate burned again. The chicken broth turned out perfect. Just the right amount of salt, just the right amount of fresh oregano leaves, not too many carrots so as to disguise the chicken taste. If I hadn´t a throat ache (it´s better now though) I would add a bit of hot chile paste. But as it is for medicine, I will have it as it is. Delicious! This is what all medicicines should taste like.
