Checking the condition of the building of irrigation

One of the activities for the irrigation project work is to conduct an inventory or checking the condition of some irrigation buildings. In this activity, we have to do properly and thoroughly. Record and document the actual condition of the damage is on building irrigation.
And data from the results of this inventory activity that will be used to create designs and work proposals.
Although it sometimes feels tired and unfavorable a weather , I have to keep doing these activities properly.
Do you prefer to have own work (self-employment) or work in a company with a monthly salary and time-bound?

Sometimes the situation and working environment greatly affect a person's performance.
There is always a choice for it.

Since I was a kid we were trained to be our own boss and not to be employed. But when I was in my 20s i became curious and experienced employment. That happened only in two or three years I think. After that I became my own boss and later, other people's boss too.
