I finally got my butt up and did some exercise. It felt great to get moving again. I did my Zumba for an hour and then ran in place for half an hour. I burned quite a few calories doing it. I do Zumba with weights in my hands to make sure my arms get a good workout too. I ate a good breakfast, 2 eggs and toast. I then had a cup of coffee. I ended up working out through lunch so I didn't eat that. For dinner I had smoked chicken, green beans, and creamy garlic shells. I had to eat a smaller than usual portion because I can't cut chicken off the bone to save my life and with as many of us that were going to eat I wanted to make sure there was enough for everyone. I treated myself with a mochi ice cream bon bon. It was just right for dessert and only 80 calories! Did you get up and move today? Did you eat healthy?

I have a sedentary job and low vision, but I eat fruits, vegetables, and grains, and I live in a three-story house. So, I have lost 45 lbs. since December.

I should really do a weight loss journal. My workout plan is overdue because of the knee pain I have.

I do love doing zumba. It really helps me lose some weight. It is always good to have an exercise to burn some fats and live healthy. Once in a while, we also need to treat ourselves eat some unhealthy foods.

I used to do Zumba but moved to martial arts instead. :) Didn't get up yesterday because I was lying in bed, sleeping for the entire day as I'm sick a bit, but I do eat healthy - no other choice for a person with intolerances. And I'm in exactly the opposite situation than Michelle - I gained some weight, going up from 57 kg to 64 where I plan to stay, eating meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits, no gluten, lactose or yeast-related food. It's not easy.
