Felt like losing something. What is happening to me?
Put the local sausage (longganisa) in a pan, add some water and turn the stove on.
I missed something.
Forgot to cut each end to separate.each pieces. Ugh!
That was just one of the things i felt like, my mind is not on focus.
When i was in the bank, i almost missed my number on the screen, am just glad that the teller has been nice to call my number after no one is getting in front of her.
The cashier on the electric company office reminded me of one thing i forgot to give her, the withholding tax form.
Yesterday, i felt like my mind have wandered or been floating in the air and can not get a grip of it. I was definitely being ABSENT MINDED.
And it is not usual.
Have you lost your focus or thoughts once?

That was what happened to me recently when I received a negative news from the Australian Embassy. I was in a computer shop and was so down while reading the message from the case officer who reviewed my papers. Because of that, I forgot if Iogged out my e-mail or not.

Yes, at different times over the years I have felt the way you're describing. I especially feel the way you described when I'm in a depression. But right away I switch my mind. Listen to a song, eat something, have a coffee. Hope that helps.
