Forget me not
Tiny wonderful flowers which are everywhere in the UK, not sure if they are anywhere else in the world, but I guess they could be. And it’s a flower I know the name without having to look it up, so I guess the name “forget me not” is stuck with me.
Do you have !Forget Me nots" in your place of the world?
The photo was taken the other evening.

I will have some popping up next month. Love these. They can spread pretty fast though. I don't have the heart to pull them up, so I let them grow where they may.

@kevin1877uk makes me think of the discussion on squirrels. I recall Beatrix Potter books and the red squirrels you have over in the UK.
One's on the mainland here are much larger, bit on the Island, they are smaller, like chipmunks
And the robins in her picture books
Much like the one pictured from The Secret Garden, set in Yorkshire, look completely different than NA robins

@toniganzon I know it's everywhere here and some people have said it's in Canada and parts of the US so maybe it could be there too.

I never seen this flower here in our country. What we have here is, "touch me not." This is a grass full of torns and I really hate them growing in my backyard.

Apparently we have them in Australia although I don't remember seeing them anywhere. The site said they're easy to grow so our climate must suit them.

I think we don't have them here. I haven't seen such a lovely flower here in my country.
