The salaries of women excutives have caught up with the times.in fact in certain industries the women are the more dorminant force,commanding salaries that commensurate with their positions.

I think they should be rated by their ablity and how much income generated for the company ...

They should each be paid according to their ability to do the job. There should not be any disparity simply because of their gender.
